Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms") completely before executing runtime sequences, utilizing our post-quantum key encapsulation routines, or provisioning network resources within the Shatachandra Shield cryptographic platform. This Agreement establishes the legally binding operational parameters for your platform account.

1. Acceptance & Operator Qualifications

By registering an account profile, authenticating your session through our operator console, or deploying gateway integration tokens, you explicitly affirm that you possess the technical capacity required to configure network gateways and that you agree to be bound entirely by these security clauses.

2. Account Safety & Token Responsibility

Access to the operator command console requires a verified, active Firebase-authenticated user account. The operator assumes full operational liability for maintaining the confidentiality of session parameters, generated secret tokens, and deployment installation keys. Any data transmissions, API calls, or testing routines executed using your credentials will be considered authorized actions by your organization.

3. 14-Day Evaluation Limits & Licensing Rules

Shatachandra Shield sandbox environments are provisioned as temporary evaluation layers under the following conditions:

• Strict Expiration: Evaluation trial licenses run for precisely 14 days (336 hours) from the exact moment of token compilation.
• Automated Lockouts: Upon reaching expiration, the operator console and API validation hooks will automatically restrict access.
• Manual Provisioning Process: Commercial subscriptions and production extensions operate via customized engineering SLA allocation. Upgrades require manual inquiry submission and are activated directly by our operations team.

4. Prohibited System Abuse & Network Attacks

Operators are strictly forbidden from misusing the platform. Prohibited actions include:

• Using testing sandboxes or gateway nodes to run external stress-testing attacks outside of our official test environments.
• Attempting to flood, crash, or execute Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks against our edge network endpoints, AWS EC2 daemon instances, or Google Firebase authentication links.
• Decompiling, modifying, or reverse-engineering binary modules (`.so`), Cython routines, or wire protocol boundaries to bypass license validation restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

All platform components—including HTML/CSS code frameworks, AVX2-accelerated polynomial arithmetic algorithms, Layer 3 zero-trust state engines, the "Shatachandra Shield" naming properties, and visual brand assets (`3-logo.png`)—are the exclusive intellectual property of Shatachandra Shield. Unauthorized duplication or white-label redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

SHATACHANDRA SHIELD IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO EXPLICIT WARRANTIES THAT THE OPERATIONAL PATHWAYS WILL RUN UNINTERRUPTED OR ABSOLUTELY FREE OF ERRORS. WE ASSUME ZERO FINANCIAL LIABILITY FOR CONNECTION TIMEOUTS, NETWORK LATENCIES, LOSS OF DATA, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR MISCONFIGURED REVERSE PROXY LAYERS IMPLEMENTED BY OPERATORS.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising from your interaction with our infrastructure will fall strictly under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.
