Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms") completely before executing runtime sequences or provisioning network resources within the Shatachandra Shield cryptographic web dashboard portal ecosystem. This Agreement establishes the legally binding operational parameters for your platform account.

1. Acceptance & Operator Qualifications

By registering an account profile, authenticating your session through our console terminal, or executing API token generation sequences, you explicitly affirm that you possess the technical capacity required to configure network gateways and that you agree to be bound entirely by these security clauses.

2. Account Safety & Token Responsibility

Access to the command console requires a verified, active Firebase-linked user account. The operator assumes full operational liability for maintaining the confidentiality of session state parameters, generated secret keys (`scs_live_...`), and deployment tokens. Any data transmissions, API calls, or testing routines executed using your credentials will be considered authorized actions by your organization.

3. 14-Day Evaluation Limits & Licensing Rules

Shatachandra Shield sandbox environments are provisioned as temporary evaluation layers under the following conditions:

• Strict Expiration: Evaluation trial licenses run for precisely 14 days (336 hours) from the exact moment of token compilation.
• Automated Lockouts: Upon hitting the expiration mark, the frontend UI and API routing hooks will automatically lock access.
• Manual Provisioning Process: Since we do not run automated credit card processing links, permanent extensions or tier upgrades require the operator to request activation manually. Production licenses will only be applied after manual confirmation by our engineering desk.

4. Prohibited System Abuse & Network Attacks

Operators are strictly forbidden from misusing the platform. Prohibited actions include:

• Using testing sandboxes or gateway nodes to run external stress-testing attacks outside of our official test environments.
• Attempting to flood, crash, or run Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks against our frontend AWS CloudFront distribution systems or Google Firebase auth links.
• Decompiling or reverse-engineering our source code files or algebraic routing layouts to bypass the 14-day validation restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

All platform components—including HTML code frameworks, custom inline styles, layout assets, dark-mode styling configurations, the "Shatachandra Shield" naming properties, and visual logo graphics (`3-logo.png`)—are the exclusive intellectual property of Shatachandra Shield. Copying or re-branding our layout wrappers for commercial resale is strictly forbidden.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

SHATACHANDRA SHIELD IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" SYSTEM LAYOUT. WE MAKE NO EXPLICIT LEGAL CLAIMS OR WARRANTIES THAT THE NETWORK PATHWAYS WILL OPERATE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ABSOLUTELY IMMUNE TO EVOLVING QUANTUM THREATS. WE ASSUME ZERO FINANCIAL LIABILITY FOR PIPELINE CONNECTION TIMEOUTS, NETWORK LATENCIES, LOSS OF CORPORATE DATA, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR MISCONFIGURED ROUTING LAYERS CREATED BY OPERATORS.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in total accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising from your interaction with our infrastructure nodes will fall strictly under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.
